FCS was formed in 2002 following the transfer of activities from Faversham Consultancy Group.  It is based in Faversham Kent and operates throughout the U.K. and Europe. 

It undertakes assignments within the public and voluntary sectors, and cross cutting work with hybrid organisations and SMEs. These range through governmental departments, local authorities, educational agencies, Business Links and the voluntary sector.  

FCS’s expertise is within the social policy sector, and includes social services, health, education, housing and regeneration.  Every Child Matters and partnership issues are of increasing interest. 

FCS specialises in aspects of governance, organisational change and performance management.  Dealing not only with sensitive organisational issues but also supporting individuals.
