social care staff, an in-depth analysis of best practice in joint-aids
services, advised upon a number of capability issues, helped review
performance standards and appraisal systems. Undertaken a number of
Best Value reviews.
We
run a range of developmental seminars around the theme of leadership, and
work with individuals in an advisory and coaching capacity. Increasingly
there is a demand for governance and “The Effective Board” in both the
public and voluntary sectors.
